Vendor Highlights: Meet Fredo Brozzi of Hanan’s Hummus

Some of the creamiest, smoothest and most flavorful hummus around can be found at the Lone Star Farmers Market every Sunday. Meet Fredo Brozzi and learn more about his delicious hummus.

I started making hummus for sale in July 2013, but I have been making my own hummus for over 35 years –– during a visit to the Middle East when I fall in love with it.
