Fresh baked goods, local honey, pastries, farm fresh eggs, dairy good and SO much more are available.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Anyone else ready for fall? This is perhaps one of my favorite soups to make during this time of the year. Slightly cooler days and nights are around the corner and the market produce is beginning to change into more hearty fare. Butternut squash accented with apples gives this just the right amount of sweetness, flavor, and texture to get you in the mood for some sweater weather.

Kale and Jalapeño Chicken Bowls

Keep things hot with a fire-breathing dinner of Kale & Jalapeño Chicken Bowls. Fresh hearty kale tossed in with some spicy chicken and served over brown rice will help  you turn up the heat this summer –– I suggest an icy cool beverage to help wash it all down.
