  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a standard 6 cup loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl add both flours, sugar, baking soda and salt and mix together well. Next add the pumpkin, molasses, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar, then slowly add the pumpkin beer and stir gently to incorporate the ingredients together.
  2. Once well combined but not overly mixed, pour batter into bread pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30-40 minutes of until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Remove bread from the pan and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
