  1. In a small bowl add soy sauce, orange juice, corn starch, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper –– whisk together well and set aside.
  2. Place a large heavy duty pan over medium high heat. Add in olive oil and beef and cook for 2 minutes (unless you want your meat more on the well done side cook for 3-4) while stirring occasionally. Next add in broccoli and continue to stir for another 2 minutes. After 2 minutes reduce temperature to low and slow add in the soy sauce mixture. Stir until well combined and let cook for one more minute. Remove from heat and serve.
