May At The Market


May is here! It’s the time of year when things start to heat up and we start to see some delicious new produce popping up at the market:

sweet corn and berries start to pop in along side fresh peaches, carrots, fennel, artichokes, broccoli, cauliflower, fresh salad greens, spring onions, green garlic and leeks, cilantro, parsley, mint (hello Mojitos!), peas, new potatoes, sweet potatoes, radishes, mangos, summer squashes, greens beans

With tomatoes AND cucumbers are on the horizon!
