This Sunday, 4/16, the market will be CLOSED so our farmers and vendors can spend Easter with their families and loved ones.
We will return Sunday, 4/23 with more delicious spring produce ~ Thank you for your support!
This Sunday The Koen Family Farm and Ranch will be back at the market offering their delicious, high-quality, grass fed beef and lamb ~ Just in time for Easter!
Located in Mills County in the heart of the central Texas hill country, “The Place” has been our family’s source of homegrown & all natural foods for six generations, and we are delighted to offer it to yours.
The Koen Family Farm and Ranch produces all natural grass fed beef & lamb in bulk, bundles, and individual cuts.
All of our animals are raised on the same native range grasses that have been producing rich, flavorful meat for generations of Texans, and none are given steroids, growth hormones, or antibiotics. Not all grass fed meat is the same – ask us about our unique breeds and raising practices!
With customer satisfaction at the core of our family business, our goal is to provide a premium, all-natural food source for those who want to know who & where their food comes from; and expect it to be wholesome and healthy. Our customers enjoy the small business advantages of quality & service and we personally assure the integrity of our product.

They have recently added 3 pigs for gene pool diversity. Here’s LeBouef Farm choose these breeds, because of how they had been raised and for the fact that this breed grows to be a large pig, their meat is marbled with a robust taste.
